My approach is focussed on facilitating and developing:

Adaptive Movement

Resilient Structure

Physical & Mental Optionality

Grace Under Pressure

Adaptive Movement is the ability to adapt and move in a variety of ways, under a variety of load/tension, in a variety of positions with freedom. Being able to adapt our bodies to almost any task or activity with confidence.

Resilient Structure is the development of the muscle, bone, ligaments, tendons and various systems of the body to be resilient to load, stress and tension - on structural level. The whole body is adaptive and bioplastic - it adapts to what we ask it to do with bone becoming more dense, tendons becoming stiffer and muscle able to support more load.

Physical & Mental Optionality is the array of options you have. The more options you have with your body and mind, the better you can navigate overcoming injury or pain; complex environments; and physical or mental challenges. This means having control of the patterns of movement you are capable of, your thoughts and your reactions to stimuli and emotions.

Grace Under Pressure is simply the ability to be comfortable with uncertainty. To face situations with calm confidence and allow our creative spirit and determination to find solutions.
